Can I install Windows on devices that ship with Linux by default?

No, unfortunately that is no longer possible. The devices we offer with Linux (Zorin OS) are models that do not meet the hardware requirements of Windows 11 — specifically the mandatory TPM 2.0 security chip and/or a Microsoft-supported processor.

Since October 2025, Windows 10 no longer receives security updates, so for safety reasons we no longer install it. That is why these devices ship with Linux by default.

No worries: Zorin OS is a secure, modern and user-friendly operating system that closely resembles Windows. It is free, fast and ideal for browsing, e-mail, office tasks, video calls and media.

Is het mogelijk om een defect dat beschreven staat te laten herstellen?

Ja, dat kan zeker! Heb je een toestel op het oog met een klein gebrek dat in de beschrijving vermeld staat, dan bekijken we graag of we het voor je in orde brengen. Per geval zoeken we de juiste onderdelen op en stellen we een eerlijke herstelprijs voor, zodat je vooraf precies weet waar je aan toe bent — zonder verrassingen achteraf.

How do I return my product within 14 days if I’m not satisfied?

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Requesting a return is easy via your customer portal:

  1. Log in via My account and open the relevant order.
  2. Click "Request return" next to the product and briefly state the reason.
  3. After approval you will receive a return form by e-mail. Be sure to include it with your shipment.
  4. Pack the product carefully and send it back to:

Important — pack the device securely, preferably in its original packaging. Damage that occurs during transport due to poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility and may result in no refund.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. After receipt and inspection, we refund the amount within 14 days via the same payment method. More details in our terms & conditions.
