Article 1 — Definitions
In these terms: cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal; consumer: a natural person not acting in a professional capacity; day: calendar day; right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period; entrepreneur: the party offering products to consumers at a distance.

Article 3 — Applicability
These terms apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The text of these terms is made available to the consumer before the contract is concluded.
Article 4 — The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. Prices stated include VAT and mention any shipping costs, payment method, delivery and whether the right of withdrawal applies. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 5 — The contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer. The entrepreneur confirms receipt of the acceptance electronically without delay.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer may dissolve the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. This period starts the day after the consumer receives the product. The consumer handles the product and packaging with care. To exercise the right, the consumer notifies the entrepreneur within the period and returns the product within 14 days with proof of shipment.
Article 7 — Costs in case of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Amounts already paid are refunded within 14 days using the same payment method. The consumer is liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Article 8 — Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made products, sealed products (software, hygiene) unsealed after delivery, and products whose price is tied to financial market fluctuations.
Article 9 — The price
During the validity period of the offer prices are not increased, except for VAT changes. All prices are subject to typographical errors.
Article 10 — Conformity and warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the contract. The statutory warranty under Belgian law always applies. For refurbished devices, the warranty stated with the product applies.
Article 11 — Delivery and execution
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer, within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Risk lies with the entrepreneur until delivery. Installation costs are 72.60 euro per hour.
Article 12 — Continuing transactions
The consumer may terminate an open-ended contract at any time with a notice period of at most one month.
Article 13 — Payment
Payment is made upon conclusion of the sale unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include cash (in store), bank transfer and payments via Mollie: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Payconiq, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Klarna and Riverty.
Article 14 — Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within seven days of discovery and are answered within 14 days. The consumer may also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 15 — Disputes
Only Belgian law applies. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Article 16 — Additional provisions
Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing or on a durable medium.
