2. What data do we process?

We process the data you provide: first and last name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, company details and VAT number, order history and payment data (handled by our payment provider). We also process technical data such as your IP address via cookies.

3. Purposes

• Processing and delivering your orders;
• Customer management and support;
• Managing your customer account;
• Complying with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing);
• With your consent: sending newsletters.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on performance of the contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest, or your consent.

5. Retention

Invoicing data is kept for 7 years as required by law. Account data is kept as long as your account is active.

6. Sharing

We share your data only with processors necessary for our service: our payment provider (Mollie), carriers and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact info@compuservice.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
